Carolina Foothills Eldercare assists individuals age 60 and older in remaining safely in their own homes.

The organization continually evaluates the needs of residents in Rutherford and Polk counties and develops services to address those needs. Currently, CFE provides home care services and food boxes for qualifying individuals, home-delivered meals, medical alert systems, simple home repairs, transportation to county medical appointments, and referrals with assistance in accessing other programs and agencies. CFE does not provide care in residential or nursing facilities.
