Food Program

Our Food Program is designed to help qualifying residents age 60 and older maintain access to dependable meal and food assistance services in Rutherford and Polk counties.

 

Through a range of supportive services, we work to ensure that those who qualify have consistent access to nutritious food.​

Some Services Included Are:

  • Two hot meals delivered Monday, Wednesday and Friday to residents 60 and older in Rutherford County who qualify and are not receiving other meal delivery

  • Food box delivery for home care patients who qualify

 

  • Referral to the Polk County Senior Center for home delivered meals

 

  • Food pantry
